🔮 Future Roadmap¶
These will likely change as production continues, but they reflect the current product priorities more accurately than the older broad roadmap.
Launch path¶
- Phase 1 (Community Launch): PC-first free-to-play release with camera-based Boxing + Flow, free workouts, premium workouts, AeroBeat-owned account identity, entitlement/library sync, Workout Points, and simple weekly goals/streaks.
Recommended post-launch order¶
- Phase 2 (Async Retention): scoped leaderboards, personal-best comparison, and other low-risk asynchronous competition layers.
- Phase 3 (Light Social): friends/following, challenge sharing, and lightweight accountability features.
- Phase 4 (Progression Expansion): deeper official cosmetic unlocks and stronger Workout Points sinks once earn/spend balance is validated.
- Phase 5 (Group Features): crews or similar group-accountability systems.
- Phase 6 (Multiplayer): real-time multiplayer or ghost competition after the solo and async loops are proven.
- Phase 7 (Live Ops Layers): premium currency, seasonal progression, battle passes, and rotating stores only if the product has the audience and cadence to justify them.
Still future-facing¶
- mobile and VR platform expansion
- additional gameplay cores beyond Boxing and Flow
- stricter platform-specific premium UGC variants for console, arcade, or commercial deployments
